How to use
Add 5-10 drops of the blend in water in your diffuser and enjoy the benefits as the water steams into the atmosphere of your home. Place a few drops in your shower and allow the blend to permeate your bathroom as you start your day.
You can also add 5 drops to a warm bath mixed in a carrier oil, or 1-2 drops to your favourite base oil for a relaxing massage.

Care
Our pure essential oil blends are 100% natural and are not diluted with any carrier oils. Do not use them directly on the skin without diluting them. To do this safely, please follow our 'How to use' instructions. Essential oils can cause skin sensitisation. Always use essential oils with care. Discontinue use if a rash occurs.
Do not dispose of essential oils down the drain. In concentrated form, they can be toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
Do not use internally. Avoid contact with the eyes. If essential oils come in contact with the eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice if needed. Keep out of the reach of children.
If you are pregnant, suffer from a skin condition, epilepsy, asthma or are taking medication, please seek medical advise first.
Avoid spillages. If you do spill, wipe up immediately. Best stored away from heat and light and should be used within 6 months of opening.
